Courtney will be working from the Nashville, TN Hobbs & Associates, Inc. office.   Notably, Courtney boasts over a decade of experience in customer service, ensuring that her approach to marketing is rooted in a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. She has also spent three years in sales, further honing her ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.   Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also holds double minors in Management and Digital Marketing, a testament to her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations. Courtney is an esteemed member of the The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) Success (NSLS) and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and excellence.   Before joining the Hobbs and Insight marketing team, Courtney served as the Parts and Warranty Administrator for Hobbs & Associates, Inc. in the Nashville office, showcasing her familiarity with the inner workings of the HVAC industry. Prior to that Courtney served as an Inside Sales Representative for Shupe, Carboni & Associates in Nashville, TN. Her professional experience also includes her role as a Patient Account Representative at Wellmont Health System in Kingsport, TN, and as a Billing Assistant at SWVA Psychological Services in Abingdon, Virginia.
